Exhibconnect is a new automated way to capture and analyse visitor details in an exhibition for stall owners. Generally, in exhibitions the stall owners ask visitors to fill a paper form. All this information is later uploaded manually to excel or any CRM software. Visitors have to go through hassle of filling forms on each stall.
Exhibconnect automates this manual process. The visitor just need to register once on registration desk, then they are provided with a QR code. This QR code can be scanned by stall owners using mobile app to receive all visitor details. The app also allows stall owners to capture interests and schedule follow up meetings with visitors. All the analytics and reports are presented to stall owners on a dashboard.
